• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number when you sign up.
• Your bookings, session history, reviews and loyalty points.
• A profile photo, if you choose to upload one.
• Payment records, but not your full card details, which are handled directly by Razorpay.
• Basic technical information (such as log data) needed to run the service securely.

• To create your account and let you book and manage sessions.
• To process payments and refunds through Razorpay.
• To show trainers the bookings and basic details they need to provide your session.
• To send booking confirmations, cancellations and account emails.
• To run loyalty rewards and the challenge feature.
• To keep the Platform safe and to meet our legal obligations.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are not stored by FitFlex. We keep only a record of the transaction (such as amount, status and a reference id) needed to manage your booking and any refund.

• The trainer and gym for a session you book, so they can provide it.
• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Our technology providers (for hosting, image storage and email), who act on our instructions.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you choose to share your bookings with a friend or family member for the champion challenge, they must accept the invitation before any of their session activity is counted or shown. You can remove them at any time.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

• You can view and update your name, phone and photo in your account settings.
• You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us.
• You can change your password at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
